Internet is a visual medium, but it most often takes the form of reading. The advent of internet video is changing that, but I personally wouldn't change gears like that if I was doing a text search (especially for something specific). When I want video, I look for it, and I think video-oriented sites are the most likely so see substantial returns from these ads. I have my doubts about how successful these video ads will be.
