The benefits are huge especially when you are just starting out. While SES services or your own Adwords campaign can run several hundreds of dollars each month, affiliate marketing allows you to achieve widespread promotion without the cost. Have you ever considered launching a product site? Not ebooks or any of that junk but something with a little more value. I have considered throwing a site up with a product, putting it up on some aff networks, and seeing what happens. It's about the only online business that's better than being an aff. I totally agree.
