Sonic- I agree completely. As the old saying goes you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink. Many AM’s are good and give people the info they need, just the people sit on their thumbs and look for the easy way (someone else to do it).

I’d go somewhere between dime a dozen, and worth their weight in gold. They can definitely make your life easier, but they can’t make the money for you!

Well with CJ you need to build up a relationship with the merchant. While you don’t has as much flexibility some of the same rules apply. As you don’t want to bust your butt to make money for a company when they won’t even talk with you.

This mainly applies for affiliate networks, not self-serve networks like CJ or Linkshare no? In the later 2, you don’t get an AM until you’re big. In Azoogle, Neverblue, you get them on the get-go.
