My team was put together from friends and people i have worked with in the past on freelance projects and did a bang up job… and some by referals from other people. I am VERY picky as to who I bring on my team as they have to have the drive to succeed not just punch a clock.

This is a great post. It is crucial to know your own limits and turn to others who have expertise in the areas that you may have less experience with. Being a bottle neck for your own business is probably the worst thing you could do1

Don’t get me wrong i work with a group of people i dont go it alone but even with a team… I sometimes struggle to let go and stay focused on the majorly profitable things for me to do.
A team/partner is the way to go once you hit your stride.
