Yahoo Search Marketing Christmas Gift 2008 - Laptop Case

The UPS man dropped off a package today and to my delight it was from Yahoo Search Marketing. It is this years Christmas gift from Yahoo Search Marketing which is a slick looking Laptop Case. I really like the laptop case and it will get a good bit of use from me.

    I believe you have to be a Yahoo Search Marketer with Gold status… I only assume that because the card said from the Yahoo Gold team. and i am a YSM Gold.

    how much you have to spend to get a gift from them? I spend over $500/day in Yahoo and didnt get squat :(

    ROFL, I have their case sitting under my desk right now… until I saw your picture I had no idea you can open the case all the way.

    Yahoo’s holiday card (arriving via us mail) made from seedpaper is interesting… I might plant it this week and see what spruts up. I have no idea what type of plant (seed) the holiday card is… hopefully it’s not a oak tree or something insane.

    I received the same gift and my ‘card’ also noted “Gold and Agency Services Teams”. I’m not sure what the minimum spend is to receive it but I can say it has been the best gift I have received so far:)

    We spend millions of dollars annually (probably about $15MM in 2007) and have not received a gift. We received a $50 donation in our name for Christmas last year, but nothing this year as of yet. Also, we have hardly received anything additional from Yahoo. Not even a water bottle or a t-shirt.
